They will handle materials using various machines for cutting and fabricating custom products while also managing shipping duties and inventory organization. **Skill Requirements** _Must-Have Requirements:_ + **Fabrication** of rubber into various forms. + Use of **machines** for cutting based on job specifications. + Ability to perform **quality inspections** on materials. + Experience with **inventory procedures** . + Familiarity with **shipping practices** . _Preferred Requirements:_ + **Forklift experience/certification** + Ability to read **blue prints** **Skill Education** + **Fabrication:** This involves creating products by assembling different parts or materials through processes like cutting or shaping. + **Rubber:** A flexible material used in manufacturing various items such as tires or seals. + **Hoses:** Flexible tubes that carry fluids from one place to another. + **Hand Cutting:** Manually cutting materials using tools rather than machines. + **Machines:** Equipment used to perform specific tasks automatically or semi-manually in the fabrication process. + **Hose Crimping Machines:** Tools that join hose ends by deforming them together under pressure. + **Pressure Testing:** A method to check the integrity of hoses by subjecting them to pressure levels beyond normal operating conditions. + **Blue Print Reading:** Understanding technical drawings that show how something should be constructed or assembled. + **Quality Inspections:** Checking products or materials against set standards to ensure they meet required quality levels. + **Inventory Procedures:** Processes involved in organizing and managing stock within a warehouse setting. + **Shipping Practices:** Methods related to packing and sending goods safely and efficiently from one location to another. + **_Forklift Experience/Certification_** : Knowledge of operating forklifts safely often validated through certification processes. **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
