Adecco is currently hiring for a **Warehouse Associate II** in **Largo, FL** . Join our team and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth movement of freight. You’ll work closely with an experienced management team in the transportation industry, contributing to the efficiency and success of daily operations. **Shift Details:** + **Weekly Rotating Shifts:** Monday - Saturday (with Tuesday off)Tuesday - Saturday + **Shift Hours:** 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist with **shipping and receiving** activities, including unloading trucks, checking merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates. + Read and interpret **customer orders** , work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped. + Ensure the **warehouse environment** remains accessible, safe, and organized for both employees and customer traffic. + Assemble products and participate in **inventory counts** as required. + Take **check calls from drivers** to confirm timely deliveries and validate load data for accounting purposes. + Monitor **daily pick-ups and deliveries** , ensuring loads arrive on time and in proper condition. + Adhere to **safety protocols** and ensure all work is completed in a safe manner. **What You’ll Need to Excel:** + **Required:** At least 1 year of experience in a **dock or warehouse** environment, preferably in the transportation industry. + **Preferred:** Experience using **handheld scanners** to track and manage inventory. **If you’re ready to contribute to a growing team and take your career to the next level, apply now!** **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
