Description Mid-Shift Monday-Friday 2PM to 10:30PM


A Warehouse Associate at Mimeo plays a key role in optimizing warehouse and production operations. Primary responsibilities include order picking using an RF Gun, conducting cycle counts, processing orders through quality assurance, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. 



Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and fulfill orders from stock for production or customer shipments. Efficiently manage, organize, and retrieve inventory to optimize warehouse operations. Conduct quality assurance checks on production orders to verify product accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse bins and pallet locations. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to support operational demands. Adhere to strict quality control and production standards to ensure compliance. Inspect products for damage and promptly report any quality issues. Identify and proactively resolve issues to streamline the order fulfillment process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold workplace efficiency and safety. Comply with all safety protocols and warehouse operating procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations. Able to lift to 50lbs. occasionally Able to sit, stand and walk frequently Able to reach, bend, stoop and kneel occasionally Able to work different shift if necessary and overtime with little or no notice

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise HS Diploma or GED (required) Previous experience having used a Dockstocker lift (required) At least 6 months experience in a warehousing environment (required) Moderate level computer experience (required) Experienced using ERP/WMS systems as well as RF hand-held units (preferred) Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)  Must be able to work independently, make appropriate decisions based on Mimeo.com guidelines Must be able to support junior associates as well as knowing when escalation is necessary Must display a strong personal commitment to achieving – a self-starter Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily
