Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage the delivery of serviceable and unserviceable units and parts between our suppliers and customers. This role ensures all outgoing shipments are accurate, properly documented, and compliant with industry regulations while supporting operations in SAP and international shipping.

Job Duties:
* Ensure all shipments from the Logistical Center are sent with the correct documentation, packaging, and delivery destination.
* Use SAP (ERP & MRP) to track, edit, or cancel material documents and correct shipment errors.
* Schedule and lead customer meetings to resolve Purchase Order (PO), Quality Clinic, Investigation, and RMA issues.
* Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) and Days in House (DIH) in MRO Life to maintain efficiency.
* Coordinate with Maintenance Managers and Operations Teams on Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing and shipping.
* Serve as the Warehouse Point of Contact for all International Shipping (Global Trade).
* Provide logistics documentation to ensure proper spares, tools, test equipment, and manuals are deployed and stocked.

Required Qualifications:
* Proficiency in SAP (ERP & MRP) for tracking and managing logistics.
* 2-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
* Experience supporting military & defense contracts preferred.
* Forklift and warehouse machinery operating experience (certification preferred).
* Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship is required.
