The Warehouse Receiving Associate strives to exceed customer expectations by ensuring orders are available, accurate, salable and received in a timely manner.

Receiving
Unloads, inspects, counts, and signs for inbound packages and skids from carriers
Sorts skids and/or packages by business unit
Utilize a pack slip or printout of the purchase order that corresponds to the product received
Matches product received to purchase order/pack slip and enters quantity into computer, or scans product received
Enters accurate information into computer system
Places product in appropriate container, cart, pallet or skid
Brings product to staging area for put away;
Identifies non-conformances (i.e. item count, product description, product damage, etc.) and forwards to Overpayment & Damage Clerk (OS&D)
Bulk Receiving
Assesses accuracy and integrity of all incoming palletized shipments (package count, damage and correct address), print Purchase Order, identifies all items against purchase order
Accurately and efficiently enters all receiving transactions into the computerized inventory systems
Identifies and corrects inventory errors. Alerts the OS&D to any irregularities in the product inventory (i.e. count and location errors, product shortages and product damage)
DSCSA
Authenticate all products and drugs received at the fulfillment center
Contact the vendor and verifies the product received and was processed with lot number generated from. This process must be performed for every Pedigree drug
Collect paperwork from the vendors that verifies they also authenticated the of custody of the drug
.

Helping maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse
Handling all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company’s processes/procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
Performing all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures, with safety and regulatory compliance.

Job QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED preferred
Proficient and accurate PC/keyboarding skills. Familiar with MS Office Productivity Suite (Excel, Word) and email
Ability to read, write and count
Comprehensive problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals
This position requires the ability to train and certify the use of a variety of forklifts: sit down, Cherry picker (mobile elevated working platform) and/or Joey forklift (multipurpose order picker that can elevate an operator and can be driven at height to move from task to task)

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $14.13 - $17.50
