ResponsibilitiesThe Returns Associate is responsible for the intake of returns from drivers and opens all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company.

Open all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the companySeparate returns into “core”, “defect” and “new”Put account number stickers on cores and defectsRedistribute new merchandise to other storesEnter each returned item into the computer systemHelp inside returns team create negative purchase ordersWork with salesmen and managers if there are problems with customers returning itemsMiscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications
