Warehouse Associate - Seasonal

Duration: 2-3 Month temporary assignment dependent on start date, Opportunity for Holiday and weekend availability (Premium pay for holidays). Estimated end date of 1/5/25, dates are subject to change based on business needs.   About the Team

DashMart is a store made possible by DoorDash. Customers order their convenience items in the DoorDash app, and our Warehouse Associates pick and pack those orders in a real, brick-and-mortar convenience store. 

We're building and scaling new delivery models to delight our customers, using the DoorDash platform. 

We are looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Operations Associates to be part of our warehouse team offering local fulfillment. 

About the Role Inventory and Spoilage Management. Manage stock receivables and inventory, including tracking shelf life.  Receiving Inventory. Unload inventory from trucks and onto warehouse shelves.  Batching and Preparing Orders. Identify incoming orders, pick, pack and organize them into batches.  Order Staging and Handoff. Assist the order pick-up process by handing off orders to drivers. Warehouse Organization. Clean, organize, and maintain operational standards in the warehouse. Delight Customers. Ensure that all substitutions are approved by the customer, and the correct orders are sent to the right customers on time. You have a proven track record of success in a warehouse environment, including inventory unloading and management You’re able to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).  You are agile and can handle different task assignments throughout the day You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent You are agile and can handle different tasks and assignments in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
