The Warehouse Building Supervisor position is responsible for leading and supervising staff and maintaining the Food and Beverage Warehouse Facilities throughout the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex. The position will be responsible for the operation and supervision of the Warehouse Facilities, will work directly with the team at the facility, and will report up through the Warehouse Area Supervisor.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Ensure that Warehouse Facilities open and close at the proper times established by the operational needs of the day.
Oversee and train staff on proper job responsibilities, ice production, delivery receiving, and outgoing order placement.
Answer the warehouse phones and two-way radio pages and accurately take stock orders. Ensure deliveries of stand or vendor orders placed or called in are delivered in a timely fashion.
Train and supervise employees to ensure they are capable of performing their job tasks that are assigned to them in a professional and timely manner, as well as interacting appropriately with guests and answering guest questions.
Monitor daily delivery operations of the Warehouse and ensure accurate storage and accounting of the products ordered. Monitor the food safety of all products entering the complex and notify management of any discrepancies
Monitor employees to ensure company policy and procedures are being upheld including the appearance standard of staff.
Ensure equipment is maintained properly and report problems with equipment to warehouse management during operation so any issues are corrected, including the safe operation of vehicles.
Maintain beer and beverage systems and change kegs as needed.
Assist in maintaining the inventory management system across all of the Food and Beverage Warehouse Facilities throughout the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in accordance to the standards set by Finance.
Work with warehouse management to determine ordering needs for restock of the warehouse operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying
Must have at least one (1) years of supervisory experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
Post Employment - Must be certified or be able to pass an alcohol service class (RAMP Training – will be provided) and Food Safety training (ServSafe Allergen and ServSafe Handler – will be provided)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have a strong working knowledge of computers (including general Office Suite and Google Workspace programs).
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times.
Must be able to multitask while prioritizing job tasks and assignments.
Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines.
Job Demands:
Physical requirements include ability to stand for up to eight (8) hours at a time, walk, bend at the waist and knees, have repeated manual dexterity, the ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level, and lift up to one hundred (100) pounds with assistance and up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Work is almost exclusively outdoors.
Employee must provide proper footwear (Steel Toe or Composite Toe / Non-Slip / Non-Skid / Black preferred Boots)
Must be able to start as early as 4:00 AM and work flexible hours including evenings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
Must be able to work a minimum of five (5) days and at least 25 hours per week (including shifts in excess of 8 hours) during May, June, July, and August and at least 15 hours per week during September through April.
