Job Description
The leading flow solutions provider enabling safe and responsible transport of fluids by supplying clients with the best piping systems is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate. This role involves managing the receipt, documentation, and shipment of materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
ResponsibilitiesUnload (using a forklift or manually) all incoming shipments from trucks and check for damage or shortage. Sign bills of lading noting any exceptions.Handle products such as plastic piping and various materials for pipes (fittings, etc.).Place all received items on shelves in their proper designated spaces.Load any outgoing shipments as required and assist with staging outbound shipments.Document all received shipments and match them with open purchase orders for accuracy.Receive returned material and confirm with open RMAs for validity, ensuring all items (part numbers and quantities) are correct. Forward RMAs to the appropriate person along with bills of lading and packing lists.Assist with data entry of received goods as required.Help with other warehouse material functions as needed.Essential SkillsAbility to drive with a valid driver's license.Professional communication skills – verbal, written, and email.Two or more years of experience working in a warehouse-receiving environment.Forklift operation certification, if applicable.Proficient personal computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.Ability to discern various colors (wires, electronic components, etc.).Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, occasionally up to 150 pounds with assistance.Comfortable with heights as some lifts reach higher bays.Ability to read small printed words and numbers accurately.Bending, reaching, and carrying equipment, tools, and demo boxes.Accessing small spaces.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be comfortable with heights as some lifts have to reach higher bays.Ability to read small printed words and numbers accurately.Proficient personal computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a brand new, climate-controlled distribution center equipped with swamp coolers and insulation. The shift is Monday through Friday starting at either 6am or 7am, with an 8-hour workday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/yr.
