**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and order picking, along with excellent customer service skills. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting customers as needed. **Responsibilities** + Process transactions with customers using cash registers + Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate + Collect payments whether in cash or credit + Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets + Answer phone calls as needed + Greet customers when entering or leaving the warehouse + Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas + Stock and organize shelves as needed + Handle customer returns **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of Warehouse Experience + 2+ years of Order Picking Experience + Ability to provide great customer service + Experience with forklifts + Proficiency with RF scanners + Experience with loading **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong customer service skills + Ability to handle and process transactions efficiently + Capability to maintain a clean and organized workspace **Why Work Here?** Join a small, family-owned flooring company where you will have the opportunity to move into a lead role. Dress code is casual but neat. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
