Position: Warehouse Clerk
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $24.00/hr
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as information management, filing systems, supply requisitions, and other driver services Create and maintain filing system for warehouse records, such as scheduling information, consignee records, shipping/receiving records, and customer files Maintain contact with customers, ensuring a prominent level of customer satisfaction Prepare parcels for shipment Process all aspects of materials using warehouse inventory software Label and ship orders according to established procedures for each customer Inspect freight and follow appropriate reporting procedures Assist with inventory and cycle counts Rotate and re-stock shelves according to inventory procedures Verify all inbound and outbound materials Provide prompt and accurate customer service Document monthly activities for period end reporting Safely load and unload trailers by utilizing equipment such as hand trucks/pallet jacks and forklifts Maintain a clean and save working environment Other duties as assignedJob Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with focus on performance recognition Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but able to recognize and support the customer's preferences and priorities Proficiency in planning written and verbal communications Strong technical skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel 2007, web-based applications, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality outcomes High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience of general warehouse knowledge Warehouse Oracle Database Experience is a plus Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds Forklift Certification preferred Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managersWhat We Offer:
