The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all shipping and receiving activities at the branch warehouse as well as the management and upkeep of the warehouse environment. Why is this role so important? You will serve as a primary liaison with branch personnel, assuming the role of a service provider for branch operations. In this capacity, you will receive guidance from local operations management to ensure the timely delivery of our products to job sites. 


As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will:

Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure and create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application Support the service van parts replenishment process, keep accurate inventory levels and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure, execute the goods return procedure for the branch Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventoryGeneral housekeeping of the warehouse, enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhere to standard warehouse guidelines and follow Siemens' policies

Basic Qualifications:   

High School Diploma or state-recognized GED Experience in warehouse material handling – movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipmentDetail-oriented, organized, and self-directedSafety first attitudeMust be able to lift 50lbs Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Verbal and written communication skills in EnglishMust be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to drive a Siemens fleet vehicle Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred (not required) Qualifications:   

Associate’s degree in related technical field  Variety of supply chain management experience 3+ years’ experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function  SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
