Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Dallas, Texas

Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate efforts between users, purchasing, and accounting to maintain accurate inventory levels Monitor and adjust minimum/maximum quantities of inventory items Receive and stock all materials required for plant operations and maintenance Pick and prepare materials in accordance with daily work order schedules Maintain a system for physically locating, storing, and issuing materials Manage and update inventory records within the Maximo database Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes Keep detailed records of all inventory adjustments and resolutions Support continuous improvement of inventory control systems and processes Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
