Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Warehouse Coordinator for ASM Global Stockton. Responsible for the purchasing, receiving, rotation and stocking of all concession products on a daily basis. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receives and issues food & beverage products to various locations.Processes and maintains product transfer procedures and concession purchase orders.Responsible for recording month-end inventory.Rotates stock and checks par levels of concession products.Maintains cleanliness and organization in the warehouse & concession stands.Directs warehouse runners with concession location opening, setup, closing and breakdown.Prepares weekly warehouse employee schedules.Prepares purchases for all events.Prepares product orders for all events.First line of contact with all vendors; resolves delivery issues, introduces new products to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.Prepares stand & portable stocking sheets for all events, chargeable and non-chargeable inventory items.First line of contact to coordinate equipment repairs with engineering and vendors.Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises all warehouse personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Knowledge of concession operationsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills).Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie)Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds.Computer Skills
General Computer knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
Other Qualifications
Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire.Physical Demands

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position will range from $20.00 - $22.00, depending on experience.
