Responsibilities include:

Prioritizing tasks to meet expected deadlines and maintain an accurate inventory Schedule and track all inbound and outgoing inventory Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials Ensure materials are delivered to job sites in a timely manner Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing, or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications, and costs Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and safe Responsible for facilities and equipment maintenance Develop and implement warehouse operations system improvements by leading continuous improvement projects and by analyzing process workflow, and space requirements Additional responsibility as needed

Qualifications and Skill Requirements include:

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years verifiable warehouse management experience (construction industry preferred) in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands Valid driver's license and safe driving record
