Overview

Summary

 

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the day to day warehouse functions primarily focused on shipping and receiving. This position will assist with training new co-workers, learning other responsibilities associated with inventory management and order processing.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Prepares, packages, and scans serialized items into ConvergeOne’s shipping systemLoads and unloads trailers using a forklift and/or a pallet jackAudits incoming equipmentAssists with inventory audits/cycle countsWorks with Inventory Analyst on any PO’s that have damage, shortages or overagesMaintains forklifts and assists in maintenanceWorks effectively with other departments within ConvergeOnePulls orders efficiently and on-timePrioritizes orders based on ship via (Overnight, 2nd day, etc.)Takes on projects and ad-hoc assignmentsHelps to maintain organization of the warehouseComplies with all workplace safety and quality standardsReceives and logs daily FedEx and UPS shipmentsScans inventory items and assigns to a stock location systemically and physically
