Kelly’s Customer, located in Mississauga, ON, is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join their Central Sales Team on a temporary basis for 4 – 6 months. Under the supervision of the Sales Analysis & Administration Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the sales force is supplied with product and point of sale material (POS) daily. Inventory control, security, and comprehensive record keeping are essential to this position. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Ensures inventory level in the cage meets force requirements while maintaining a clean and orderly cage. + Receives product from public warehouses and ensures all shipments received are accurate. + Accurately dispenses product, IMS, and POS to the Trade Marketers and ships POS to regional representatives across Canada + Optimizes product distribution, inventory levels and space allocation and process dry stock + Maintains records for shipping/receiving to and from Trade Marketers, orders products from Montreal to maintain inventory in cage + Complete the accounts data mapping within our internal platforms **REQUIREMENTS:** + College diploma + 5+ years related business experience + Experience in FMCG/CPG inventory considered an asset **Skills, Competencies & Languages** + Fluent in English, French an asset + Good written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision + Knowledge and skill level with Microsoft Office products **PERKS:** + Hourly pay rate ranges from $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay + Work 35 hours a week Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 4:00pm + Get pay weekly via direct deposit + Hundreds of free training courses through our Kelly Learning Center that you can access from home 24/7 **Why Kelly®?** As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
