Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will manage and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across multiple functional areas, including Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate warehouse activities and prioritize tasks based on direction from operations management. Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label, package, and store items to optimize warehouse space. Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products per customer expectations. Perform quality checks to identify and control non-conforming materials, ensuring accuracy between goods and invoices. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including housekeeping, machine cleaning, and operator care tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and support staff to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and promote a safe working environment. Identify and report hazards, incidents, or injuries, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet cycle time standards. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently. Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
