Position Purpose:

Our customer takes pride in providing a first-class experience to all that visit their stores. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customer receives all store equipment as needed to provide this first-class experience.  

Primary Responsibilities:

As the Warehousing Specialist your primary function is to manage the store equipment inventory process. This is broken down into three major functions: receiving, shipping and inventory. Upon receiving equipment, it is broken down, segregated, and stocked according to its category.  When shipping, all equipment will be accurately inventoried, coordinated for pick-up ( i.e., LTL, third party shippers, hotshots) and appropriately updated in the system. Inventory will be accurately maintained through the Distribution Center Management System. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries.Receives Driver’s receipts of the day’s customer deliveries, reconcile cash and checks and place in the safe. Examines and verifies all returned items to be re-entered into inventory.Files Department of Transportation (DOT) logs and company vehicle maintenance reports. Reconciles damaged goods and returned items and re-enter items into the appropriate categories within the inventory system, as required.Communicates with inventory personnel over quality related concerns. Communicates with drivers, department managers, and others regarding delivery challenges. Assists in the coordination of vehicle repairs and maintenance as required.Responsible for operating forklift in warehouse observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Schedules and confirms all receiving and shipping for site. Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.Operate a stand up forklift as needed by the night shift operation.Read and interpret a lot of information quickly and efficiently in a fast paced work environment.May move and prep trailers for loading and shipping.Performs other related duties as assigned.#CM-TA
