As a Warehouse Coordinator IV, candidates will be a pivotal force in providing leadership and guidance to a team. This role is multifaceted, involving not only advanced customer support but also team management, process optimization, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the department. Candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and team performance.

Responsibilities Team LeadershipProvide leadership and direction to a team of Customer Service RepresentativesFoster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvementAdvanced Customer Support
Handle excalated customer inquiries and complaints with a high level of professionalism and empathy.Be an 100% customer facing employee, often serving as a main point of contactHandle multiple customer accountsTeam Development and TrainingConduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the team membersMentor and coach team members, providing feedback and guidance for progessional growthComplex Issue ResolutionAnalyze and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessaryTake ownership of customer problems and coordinate efforts for prompt resolutionQuality AssuranceMonitor and evluate customer interactions to ensure adherenece to company policies and service standardsProvide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvementReporting and AnalysisGenerate and analylze reports to track customer service metrics and performanceUtilize data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for training Qualifications High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in customer service are beneficial3 – 5 years’ experience in warehouse, customer service, logistics, terminal operations, or related field or equivalent combincation of education and experience requiredExperienced user with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
