Warehouse Coordinator - Level II

**DESCRIPTION**
Under some supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc., based on direction from Operations management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):**
+ Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
+ Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
+ Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
+ Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
+ Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
+ Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
+ Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact.
+ Lead HSE Training and actively engage the workforce.
+ **Quality:**
+ Follow all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation, and established quality procedures.
+ Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
+ Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
+ Identify and control non-conforming material.
+ **Delivery:**
+ Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods, and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
+ Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products per customer expectations.
+ Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
+ Work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
+ **Teamwork:**
+ Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.
+ Ensure training completion in line with business requirements.
+ Seek ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
+ Ensure a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks.
+ Support planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
+ Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
+ Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.
**Daily Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate with CFT/Operation for daily material pulling and feeding on-line as per sequence.
+ Ensure line feeding as per plan for all three lines against given jobs.
+ Coordinate with the Logistics team for yellow material in-warding and unloading.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ College, University, or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

+ **Warehouse Operations:** Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Experience:**
+ Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
+ Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.
