What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in personAssist customers with orders, inquiries, and problem resolutionProcess and track orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operationsMaintain detailed records and documentation

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Previous customer service or administrative experienceExperience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A positive, team-player attitude with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
