Job Description

We are looking for a  Warehouse Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations, including inventory, shipments, and other relevant data. This role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and contributes to the smooth and efficient functioning of the warehouse. 
 

Job Responsibilities Responsible for all warehouse functions of Inward/Re-Warehousing from Factory, Put away, Picking, Outbound and Inventory. Ensure for accurate batch wise FIFO/FEFO picking and dispatches. Need to plan required manpower for shift in line with volume fluctuations. Ensure the Stock Accuracy is maintained. Need to analyze and close all the inventory related issues timely. Not to compromise on safety related aspects Timely escalations to Supervisor on non-compliances and deviations. Cost estimation on consumables spent and provision month on month Ensure vehicle gets loaded and documents shared on time. No Failures in Planned goods issued date. Background & Skills Graduation from recognized university.  Experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
