What You Can Expect

Coordinates all movement of incoming and outgoing product. Manages the routes of all Field Technicians, coordinates deliveries with internal personnel and the retrieval of equipment to be picked up with the sales representatives at our facilities. The Dispatcher is critical in the overall workflow of the day for all departments. The dispatcher uses all necessary tools available such as the surgery scheduler, the GPS system for the vehicles, and reviews current traffic reports to ensure efficiency throughout the workday.

This position is on-site Monday - Friday, overtime is expected. 

How You'll Create Impact Reviews surgery scheduler, constantly ensuring all scheduled cases are delivered on timeAssigns routes for the Warehouse Drivers for all deliveries and retrievals of equipment Reviews all routes for productivity and efficiencyManages the retrieval of equipment based on information from the sales force ensuring all equipment is retrieved within the expectations given by managementUtilizes previous patterns for the availability of equipment from accountsAssigns supportive tasks when a route is pendingReports and suggests solutions to manager for all shortages or difficult movement of productCoordinates with all pods to ensure cases are available to be deliveredProvides follow up to pod members for retrieval equipment and expected time frame of returnCommunicates and provides a detailed report of retrieval information to Inbound Coordinator Aids distribution manager with paperwork requirements and reviews for accuracy

What Makes You Stand Out Excellent communication skills required.  Proficient reporting and analytical skills using SAP, internal logistics systems, and Microsoft Excel.Organizational, prioritization and time management skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail; follows directions closely and completes tasks efficiently and effectively.Ability to develop and sustain positive internal and external working relationshipsYour Background High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years’ experience required, preferably utilizing computers, GPS and routing tools. Routing experience highly preferred.An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.

Expected Compensation: $24-25.50/hour USD
