The Specialist, Warehouse Dock Fulfilment is primarily responsible for retrieving inventory and packing the merchandise for shipment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. •Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. •Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on-time completion of shipments. •Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments. •Receive inventory and check the merchandise’s quality and accuracy. •Efficiently wrap and pack merchandise with packing slip or order details for each shipment, while maintaining a quick and steady pace and not compromising accuracy. •Have all merchandise prepared accurately and ready for shipping on time. •Periodically use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, create paperwork, or document reporting. •Support and promote company core values. •Regular attendance is required. •Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures. •Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: •Attention to detail and good follow-up skills. •Ability to read and interpret general business documents; write routine and general business correspondence; work with peers and communicate basic concepts; solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment; follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems; work independently or in a team setting, in a fast-paced environment; type and update computer systems quickly and accurately; plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities. •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. •Good judgment; knows when to escalate issues and when to try to resolve them.
