Scope of Work:

The Driver is responsible for the transportation, loading, unloading, and moving of materials from warehouse storage facilities to company job sites.

Responsibilities:

Transporting materials Timely deliveries Shipping/receiving Picking up/packing orders Processing orders in the computer system Stocking and re-shelving materials Other warehouse-related tasks as assigned Maintain delivery vehicles and equipment Handle receiving, archiving, and property control Coordinate activities of assigned employees (if applicable) Respond to general inquiries related to warehouse delivery issues Read and interpret shipping schedules, job orders, and shipping orders/requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience

Experience:

Previous driving/delivery experience Material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, storage/stockroom, or associated materials experience Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills CDL required
