ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Warehouse Driver at the Aquarium of the Pacific. Warehouse Driver are responsible for receiving, delivery, storage and rotation of all products and equipment to and from the Aquarium. Oversees & executes pull sheets for both cash and catering. Drives Aquarium truck as needed to accomplish these tasks. Hourly Rate: $20 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Delivers high quality equipment, products & food for the Aquarium of the Pacific between Savor properties in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. + Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with staff & customers. + Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy. + Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process. + Contacts managers, Chef & Supervisor to confirm delivery details. + Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews. + Maintains delivery logs and records of all transfers and equipment pulls. + Must work all flexible schedule during events throughout various times of the day and close events with management and catering captain. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: + Advanced oral and written communication skills. + Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility. + Ability to work well and under pressure in a fast paced environment + Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills. + Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks. + Attention to detail. + Clean Driving Record + Valid Drivers License + Familiarity with Radio Frequency equipment preferred WORKING CONDITIONS: Works throughout the building, and when off premise must practice safe driving at all times.
