Warehouse Excellence Program Lead

Your responsibilities would include:


•    coordinating the deployment of the Global Warehouse Excellence Template across multiple operating companies (OpCos)
•    guiding OpCo Project Managers through project milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
•    organizing meetings, workshops, and approvals to facilitate project progress and stakeholder alignment
•    collaborating with Global Technology Project Managers to align on deliverables and overall planning
•    assessing current warehouse operations and identifying alignment opportunities with global processes
•    safeguarding the integrity of the Global Template, ensuring local requirements are addressed through business analysis
•    supporting business change management in collaboration with Change & Communications teams
•    ensuring proper master data alignment based on HEINEKEN standards
•    partnering with global and local teams to enhance warehouse efficiency through SAP IM/PreBilt and EWM S/4.


You are a good candidate if you have:


•    experience in project management or as a key user in a full WMS deployment, preferably SAP EWM
•    solid understanding of warehouse operations, ideally in FMCG
•    strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and local teams
•    excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
•    ability to manage change, navigate uncertainty, and drive process improvements.


You are a perfect match if you also have:

•    project management certification 
•    experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
•    strong analytical mindset with a passion for process optimization and transformation
•    ability to communicate clearly and influence at all levels of the organization.
