This Opportunity:

Palladium’s Contingency Operations portfolio supports the United States Department of Defense, Department of State, and various branches of the US military in undertaking projects in the areas of Base Operations Support, Life Support Area maintenance, and other areas of contingency logistics to enhance our clients’ efforts towards humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and logistics excellence.

In anticipation of future award, Palladium is seeking expressions of interest from qualified candidates in the areas of Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS) and integrated logistics support including inventory management and control, serialization, storage, tactical vehicle maintenance, marking and labeling, and distribution.

The Warehouse Foreman oversees daily warehouse operations, including technical supply management tasks such as inventory control, storage, receiving, issuing, and turn-in. They handle depot, local, or other supply-related activities.

Location and Compensation:

The position will operate for a period of approximately 4 months in Luzon, Philippines, and will be under the direction of Palladium’s Washington D.C. office.

Please be advised that a final pay offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium’s business or organizational needs.

Overtime will be paid after 48 hours worked in a week (Monday-Sunday). Overtime will be paid at 150% agreed hourly rate. Holiday pay will be paid in accordance with US Federal holidays. Holiday pay will be paid at 200% agreed hourly rate.

Reporting and Supervision:

This role will report to the Operations Manager or designee

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsible for daily operations of the warehouse to include performing technical supply management duties (e.g., inventory (Stock control), storage, receiving, Issue, and Turn-in,) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
Under direction of the Operations Manager, be prepared to assist in download/upload of vehicles and equipment on and off vessels as required.
Be prepared to help all other Team Members as directed, including non-Palladium staff, Local National workers and prime contractor staff.

Essential Criteria:

One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and Kuwait Driver’s License are required.
Must be able to maintain USG Network access & CAC card privilege(s).
Fluency in written and spoken English

Desirable Criteria:

Minimum of 7 years specialized experience in supply operations.
Must have served in position of increased responsibility encompassing program planning and supervisory experience. (Warehouse management experience is mandatory)
Minimum of 4 Years’ experience with current USG AIS (GCSS-Army), required in an advanced role (lead, foreman, etc.)
Minimum of 4 Years’ experience with Military Standard Requisition and Issuing Procedures (MILSTRIP) or equivalent civilian program is required.
Must be able to operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, man lift etc.
Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and storage requirements to meet compatibility of products based on hazard class is required.
Leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor, are required. Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to exercise discretion and good judgement is required.
Ability to prioritized responsibilities to handle a demanding workload is required.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.
Advance ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form is required.
High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed and accurate is required.
Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook and ALL Microsoft applications is required.
GCSS-Army or SAP base knowledge and experience to include providing a training certificate Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible to manage hours of personnel including use of overtime for mission requirements and to the best interest of Palladium.
