Primary Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Foreman will be responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing, laydown yard, and distribution operations. The manager will be required to assist with receiving/ distributing/ maintaining/ organizing all materials in the warehouse. Must have experience with pallet jacks. Must care for tools, and equipment, and assist in facilities maintenance as needed.

CDL Required**

* Manual labor work in construction
* Track and monitor inventory both receiving and going out
* Load trucks with materials
* Operating small hand tools
* Operating and cleaning machinery
* Operating a forklift as needed (certification preferred)
* Working in an outdoor setting
* Maintaining in the shop/yard area to OSHA standards
* Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times
* Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging and discarding inventory that does not meet the company's standards
* Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with Supervisor
* Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
