Onin Staffing is seeking an Assembler to work in the Geismar, LA area. Responsibilities include operating machines, holding or supplying materials, and loading and unloading items. The General Laborer is expected to communicate effectively, asking questions when necessary and explaining tasks being performed. Safety, teamwork, and adherence to instructions are essential in completing assigned duties. Welding experience required
- Pay rate $15.00/hr then $17.00/hr once hired on by the company and wonderful benefits!

What you'll do
- Operate belt sander and small hand grinder
- Visually check parts for quality
- Detect and report defective material
- Follow safety regulations
-Able to Lift up to 50lbs
Work Experience
- Experience in operating machinery and Welding experience
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented and task-focused
- Good manual dexterity
- Familiarity with grinders, calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and pi tape
