ColonialWebb is looking to add a Warehouse Helper to our Richmond, VA team! Do you have previous experience storing, locating and logging tools and materials then look no further, apply below and join our dynamic team! In addition to warehouse duties, this detail-oriented teammate will need to exhibit a keen sense of attention to detail and quality control.

A day in the life:

Maintain strict adherence to all company safety rules, regulations, procedures, and practices Assist with organizing assigned areas (i.e., warehouse, laydown areas, storage units) Check freight bills and purchase orders against physical shipment and report damage or discrepancies on incoming material Tag and log all incoming material and coordinate deliveries or pickup with departments Place material in proper storage area and document location Complete all necessary paperwork and reports for damaged and/or missing items

You should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management Forklift and material handling skills, prior forklift certification and a minimum of one year experience preferred The ability to recognize piping, plumbing, mechanical related material, tools, and equipment Knowledge of parts, tools and equipment associated with HVAC/plumbing systems Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, DOT requirements, Hazmat materials and shipping procedures
