Amplifon Australia is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory specialist to join our #makemorepossible team!

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, this role is accountable for managing forecast, replenishment & inventory within the warehouse along with supporting strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, process improvements & cost savings measures. Key Responsibilities

Inventory management

Accurate forecast of Audeara headsets, Amplifon marketing materials, batteries & consumables to ensure on time replenishment Review inventory coverage on weekly basis & raise replenishment purchase orders Review slow moving & obsolescene stock; highlight risks & provide recommendation to reduce Slow Moving & obselescence (SLOBs) Actioning inventory or rejected returns write off as approved by Finance  Oversee monthly & biannual stocktake in the CW to ensure alignment of physical & systems inventory Liaise with suppliers & transport provider (freight forwarder) to ensure on time deliveries of stock & consumables into central warehouse 

Invoice management

Ensuring all central warehouse invoices are receipted and processed in a timely manner  Support finance with processing all invoices and credits by end of month  Following up invoices and credits with manufacturers that are not receipted  Process intercompany logistics re-charges

Continuous Improvements & 1AUS integration

Support the expansion of 1AUS integration – Central Warehouse utilisation Support in delivering Supply Chain targets

Other supporting tasks

Support Warehouse Manager on day-to-day operations Support in generating KPI & Performance reports & provide recommendations on continous improvements Liaise with freight forwarder & logistics provider.

About you:

Tertiary qualification preferred Previous experience working with an ERP system (Oracle) preferred & ticketing tools (ServiceNow) Experience in delivering process improvements initiative including assessment, design & implementation Well organized and able to work under pressure 2-3 years experience Patience, resilience and tenacity to face the challenges of a fast-paced, fluid environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral  Strong computer literacy skills and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
