$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of RolePotential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureResponsibilities
Shift:
4:00pm to 2:30am with some flexibilty based on need
The Role:
The janitors are responsible for warehouse cleanup work, including but not limited to the responsibilities below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sweeping floors, cleaning up debris in the warehouse, freezer and lunchroomsCleaning up standing waterBreaking down boxes and recycleUse a forklift or riding pallet jack to empty garbageCheck for pest activityComplete daily SQF inspection logExperience with Microsoft SuiteWe will train all new hires on main equipment used: electric riding pallet jack, forklift, floor scrubber and scissor lift.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to lift up to 50lbsAbility to use a pressure washerAbility to work in tall heights while in a scissor liftAbility to read/write/speak EnglishAbility to work in a refrigerated environment (33F to 36F)Ability to work in freezer environment for extended periods of timeAbility to work safely and professionally in a fast paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian traffic
Preferred Skills and Experience
1-year previous janitorial experience preferredPallet Jack/Forklift experience a plus
