Shift Starts at 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
In This Role\nSupervise, evaluate, and train night shift employees while overseeing warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient operations, including customer pickups and 3PL delivery\nEnsure compliance with standard operating procedures, including product handling, stocking standards, and maintaining inventory accuracy\nManage daily work assignments, including conducting shift standup meetings and overseeing special projects\nReport and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the Internal Corrective Action Reporting (ICAR) process\nIdentify and process documentation such as customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading\nAssist in securing the facility at the end of the shift\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and reporting unsafe conditions\nDrive efforts to meet warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) for picking\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey \n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n3+ years of experience leading a team\n4+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations\nPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\nRequired to wear steel-toed boots/shoes during work hours\nWilling and able to work overtime as needed\n
