Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Chesapeake, VA (3 PM - 11 PM Shift)

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise warehouse operations during the 3 PM to 11 PM shift, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

Oversee and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and performance excellence.

Monitor workflows to ensure operational efficiency, maintain productivity goals, and uphold quality standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Provide hands-on training and development for team members to enhance skills and support career growth.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in warehouse operations, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and engage your team.

Commitment to safety and a track record of maintaining a safe working environment.

Basic computer proficiency for tracking and reporting.
