Position Summary: Assist Warehouse Supervisors and Manager as directed in addition to performing the daily tasks of a warehouse person. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Assist Warehouse Supervisors and Manager in the areas of Training, safety, auditing and conducting daily shift meetings Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Pick and select products, palletize products, shrink wrap carts/pallets and load trailers using powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Assist in the preparation of: WHS loading maps & pre-shift agenda Any other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: Must be at least 18 Years of age Drivers Licences (PR) Three years directly related work experience Willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 environment Must be able to work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions This position must pass post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: Food industry Clear knowledge of warehouse operations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in inventory and/or invoice software Ability to remain stationary for extended periods when working on the warehouse floor.
