Our client, a leading transportation and distribution provider located in Westampton, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in their warehouse. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse processes, including logistics, inventory management, and shipping and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products to maintain accurate inventory levels.Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Conduct regular inventory audits and manage discrepancies to maintain accuracy.Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspace.Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed to meet deadlines.

Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management principles.Prior leadership experience in warehouse logistics is essential.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Shift and Compensation:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (some Saturdays required)Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
