This role is a key member of our Warehouse team, responsible for providing support to the Warehouse Manager, associate team and training to new employees. The primary goal of this role is to support the various production needs across all remanufacturing processes, to maintain production efficiency and output rates, adhere to quality standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires flexibility and the ability to step into the shoes of a Warehouse supervisor when necessary. $20-22 per hour based on experienceProvide lead support for the Department.Fill in for vacant Warehouse roles during absences, ensuring uninterrupted workflow and adherence to production schedules.Train new employee Warehouses on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to facilitate the onboarding process.Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to address any production issues or challenges.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes.Suggest process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.Promote a culture of safety by ensuring that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established 5S, maintenance, and safety policies and procedures.Monitor product quality and production processes to ensure they meet established standards.Reviews standard work documentation and identifies/recommends revisions as needed.Generate reports and documentation as needed for management and regulatory purposes.Perform other related duties as may be assigned.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required.Ability to adapt quickly to changing production needs and fill in for production leads as needed.Demonstrated ability to train and onboard production employees.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Demonstrates the 4Cs daily (Courage, Character, Community, and Creativity).Knowledge of safety regulations and practices within a production setting.Pay Range:
