Our client in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in warehouse operations who are looking to take on a leadership position. The Warehouse Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily warehouse tasks, including order fulfillment, data entry, and shipping label creation. This position requires someone with keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly. While previous leadership experience is preferred, candidates must have a solid understanding of warehouse procedures and software programs.

The Day-to-Day:

Pull and prepare orders for shipmentReading pick tickets to match numbers and letters.Enter data into warehouse management systems accuratelyGenerate and print shipping labelsEnsure compliance with warehouse safety protocols and proceduresWork collaboratively with warehouse staff to maintain efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges that arise

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentProven leadership experience in a warehouse setting is preferredFamiliarity with warehouse management software and systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
