Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth and timely freight process flowCoordinate and negotiate rates with our contracted vendorsEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billing�Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standardsContribute and maintain good relationship with suppliersMeet compliance at all times�Network communications, timely responses to emails and requestsWork with team to meet KPI standards in accordance with Company proceduresAssist in retention calls and complete customer reviews�Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectivelyParticipate to the transition of new business / update to existing business

 

Qualifications

 

2 years of industry specific qualificationEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word)Fluent in English
