The Warehouse Lead Associate oversees the assurance of quality, accuracy, and integrity of our outbound orders to our customers. The Warehouse Loader Lead will support and train dock associates during their shift to ensure freight is properly QC’d, labeled, wrapped, and loaded in order to maintain on-time, error free deliveries. They check the quality of pallet build, verify all unit of measure, and verify product against pick tickets.
The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 pm to finish.
Pay rate: $25.50 - $26.00/hour.

Follow warehouse safety procedures Perform quality control duties as requiredCheck that pallets are built correctly for stability during transport; break down and re-build as necessaryDocument and communicate picking discrepanciesShrink wrap pallets for transportLoad/stage pallets based on next day routingHelp maintain a clean and organized warehousePull customer routes or bulk orders as neededVerify pallet audit complianceRedelivery / Reinsert stop compliance DDC truck loadingTraining of new associatesBack up InvoicerBack up PalletizerBack up to SupervisorPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsYou have:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent2 year of warehouse experience2 year of double electric pallet jack experience2 year of forklift experienceExperience in a leadership roleAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
