Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory management.
Supervise and train warehouse team members to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Conduct routine inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment use.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges promptly.
Collaborate with management to improve workflows and implement process improvements.
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including handling freight and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are a plus.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.
Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse equipment is a plus.
Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
