WAREHOUSE LEADER
Goodwill Southeast Georgia
As a Warehouse Leader for Goodwill, you will lead our warehouse team by safeguarding and processing all donated goods within our distribution hub.

Your Impact:
+ Safeguarding and efficiently processing all donated goods within a Donated Goods distribution hub
+ Supervising, coordinating, scheduling, inspecting, and approving the work of hub Warehouse associates.
+ Ensuring that all assigned associates are properly trained.
+ Establishing a process control procedures are adhered to and maintained.
+ Making certain that all equipment is functioning properly and ensuring that all tools and equipment are repaired and are on a regularly scheduled maintenance plan.
Your Qualifications:
+ Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations.
+ High School Graduate/GED.
+ Supervisory experience of 1 year, preferably in a warehouse environment.
+ Forklift and Box Truck experience preferred.
+ Driving record in good standing
