We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics and Facilities Lead\n
\n
Job Purpose: Receive, prepare, route, and manage customer orders and other tasks for the Maryland facility.\n
Job Responsibility Summary: Handle all warehousing activities and general facility oversight per Vibrint processes.\n
Core Responsibilities:\n\nMaintain and monitor accurate records of shipments and warehouse.\nConduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy - both Customer and Vibrint.\nCoordinate with Shipping\/Billing and CSR's to ensure timely delivery of goods.\nPrepare\/stage\/shipments for delivery.\nEnsure the customer shipping requirement and guidelines are followed.\nVerify incoming shipments against purchase orders\/packing list. \nReceive incoming goods, inspect them for quality, and update inventory records.\nArrange with our current logistic companies for shipments and prepare product and including documentation. \nMaintain organized and accurate records of all transactions.\nEnsure compliance with government regulations regarding documentation.\nCommunicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate logistics activities.\nAssist Operations team in responding to inquiries from customers and address any shipping-related issues, including RMA's.\nReport and address any issues related to damaged or defective products.\nEnsure compliance with government regulations and company policies.\nStay updated on changes in logistics and transportation regulations.\nIdentify and resolve issues related to logistics processes.\nAddress any delays or disruptions in the supply chain.\nIdentify and resolve issues related to logistics processes.\nCollaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to streamline operations.\nParticipate in cross-functional teams for process improvement.\nAbide by corporate policies and procedures as set by management.\nFollow our Logistics and Counterfeit and Traceability Plan and Procedures to ensure we continue to maintain ISO 9001: 2015 standards, which includes noting any Non-Conformation or Corrective Actions.\nImplement and maintain quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods.\nMaintain and own our Foreign Object Debris \/ Damage process and training.\n\n
Expectations for supporting the Vibrint team:\n\nReceive incoming shipments in good condition including inspection, box count and freight company paperwork.\nAudit incoming box and pallet contents with 100% certainty. \nPrepare outgoing shipments; shipping labels, RFIDs, product verification, BOL, Vibrint packing list, required documentation. \nValidate and ship outgoing orders.\nMaintain required company records; incoming and outgoing shipments, shipping checklist, order discrepancies.\nProactively communicate with Billing\/ CSR's\/Director per requirements such as noted packing list, questions, complete shipping checklist.\nNeatly stage and separately store RMA's, inventory, shipments.\nMaintain - FOD Debris and Damage form.\nContinuously improve and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.\nProvide support for the Vibrint MD team and customers on a daily basis.\nIf required with guidance of CSR engage with ISR, Account Managers to fulfil customer requests\/requirements as accurately and quickly as possible.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse safety and ensure it is maintained.\nTrain additional team members Billing\/Shipping Coordinator (ISRs) in warehouse responsibilities; with the goal of creating capable back-up support.\nPrimary Interface with facility vendors (HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians, Janitorial etc.) on issue and space improvements.\nPrimary Interface with landlord on facility issues.\nCommunicating with tenants about various facilities issues.\nOrdering and stocking office consumables (Office Supplies, Tea, Coffee, Snacks, Water etc).\nSupport routine Lab maintenance as well as Conference Room and Training Room IT\/ AV support while ensuring warehouse and facility duties continue uninterrupted.\nProviding value to Vibrint, and your teammates in your support of the lab and Makers lab.\nAssist in additional vendor training by obtaining OEM certifications, to help Vibrint better serve our customers.\n\n
Qualifications:\n
High School Diploma or equivalent\n
Basic Excel and Word\n
Experience as a lead in a warehouse.\n
The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates. The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
