The Position Spare Parts & ReconditioningDevelop the company's supply chain, as well as carry out the necessary negotiations for the purchase of spare parts for the company's, complemented by the commercial management of the sale of spare parts to the end customer, including e-commerce platform, following the guidelines set by the Spare Parts & Reconditioning Regional Manager, to meet the deadlines and economic criteria set by the company. Warehouses & LogisticsMaintain the warehouse area as a safe environment, including HSQE compliance on equipment and facilities, as well as liaising with the Facilities Management Team internally to co-ordinate facilities maintenance and checks where required. Manage the inbound and outbound function of the warehouse and support wider team with logistics, including import and export. Key Accountabilities Spare Parts & ReconditioningDevelopment of the supply chain of spare parts for sale to the end customer.Maintain e-commerce platform in terms of correct deliveries, invoices, stocks, etc…Share the information correctly from e-commerce platform to ensure the correct date in the ERP system in terms of financial value, stock, revenue…Search and development of sales opportunities,Create and follow up the commercial offers to increase business volume by creating a more competitive position in the market.Analysis of the offers presented.Management of orders and delivery monitoring both suppliers and end customers.Management of the different commercial KPIs.Management of incidents and guarantees. Warehouse & LogisticsResponsible for maintaining the Warehouse/office area in a safe and tidy manner.Ensuring Safety Notice boards are up to date and relevant.Managing stock in and out of the warehouse.Highlighting stock related issues where required.Aid team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient delivery of tasks.Co-ordinate maintenance and inspection of heavy lifting equipment.Safe handling of loads for unloading and offloading of vehicles. Knowledge Knowledge of Spare Parts in the different technologies Wind, Solar etc.Knowledge of Office package, mainly Excel, SAP, Gmao, Myapps, ecommerce.Language: mandatory English, valuable Spanish. Skills Interpersonal/communication aptitude.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Basic knowledge of accounting.Knowledge of logistics.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work in different projects at the same time (Multitasking).Previous forklift/heavy plant experience advanategous. Experience Recent experience in sales and/or purchasing departments. Demonstrable track record in productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Qualifications Professional qualification relevant to the described job. (Engineering, Technical, Economics, Business Administration and Management, etc.).Highly valuable studies in sales, procurement or logistics.
