Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator in Cedar Creek, TX. This role is essential to ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. You will work closely with other team members to maintain organization, inventory accuracy, and high levels of operational efficiency within the warehouse.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring correct items, quantities, and specifications are selected.

Efficiently pack products for shipment, ensuring that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Ensure packing slips, labels, and other required documentation are included.

Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. Help identify and report any discrepancies in inventory levels.

Ensure all orders are prepared for shipment according to customer requirements, including addressing any special packaging instructions or handling requests.

Verify the quality of products during the picking and packing process, ensuring that no damaged or incorrect items are shipped.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse.

Assist in the proper storage and organization of inventory to maximize efficiency.

Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily production goals, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational efficiency.

Keep accurate records of inventory movement, completed orders, and any relevant logistical data. Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse manager.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or order fulfillment.

Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures, including picking and packing, inventory control, and shipping processes.

Ability to lift and move products safely, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in picking, packing, and order fulfillment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.77 - $32.45/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
