Hourly Pay: $28-30 depending on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm + potential OT on weekends

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent8-10 years plant/warehouse general maintenance experience, including eletrical and mechanical repair and trouble-shootingHas the ability to make quick, reliable decisions that represent both the customer and RyderGood organizational, communication, and planning skillsVocational or Technical Certification preferredExperience operating forklift equipment requiredEquipment certification may be required Responsibilities Performs maintenance and trouble-shooting functions on all warehousing equipment in an independent and effective mannerMaintains and trouble-shoots plant utility systems including fire protection, water, electrical, air, and vacuum as applicableUnderstands shop maintenance, parts inventory, parts ordering, and plant reporting systemsPerforms routine forklift repairsMaintains batteries and related equipmentPerfoms routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintains records of repairsIf required, provides training, including aspects of safety, quality, sanitation, and efficiency of packaging/warehouse equipment, for operations associatesAdditional duties as assigned, overtime as needed
