\nWe’re on the lookout for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated shift in our distribution center, keeping daily operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll shape and develop your team, drive productivity, and ensure inventory is on point. If you’re ready to make a real impact and grow with a fast-moving company, this is your opportunity!
In This Role\nSupervise, evaluate and train employees assigned to your shift\nEnsure all SOP’s are being followed\nEnforce product handling and stocking procedures and standards\nMaintain accountability of inventory accuracy\nManage distribution and execution of daily assignments including any special projects\nReport and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the Internal Corrective Action Reporting (ICAR) process\nSecure the facilities when leaving for the day\nEnsure the facility is clean and all safety protocols are being followed\nDrive efforts to meet warehouse KPI’s\nConduct stand up meetings at the beginning of each shift to review past performance and evaluate work load for current day\nIdentify and create processes to maximize operation's efficiency\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nMinimum of 4 years of distribution/warehouse supervisory experience\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse distribution required\nProficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nForklift experience/certification preferred but not required but must have the ability to be trained\nExcellent organizational and analytical skills\nProven ability to coach, train, mentor, and lead by example \n
