Mandate: Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse 3PL Manager will oversee the management of 3PL operations and warehouse functions, with direct accountability for the P&L of warehouse accounts. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to uphold a positive brand reputation. The Warehouse Manager will also be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment. The warehouse manager will also be responsible for: Warehouse Management: + Manage the performance of the core activities of the distribution center by setting KPI’s + Manage inbound flow, put away strategy and ensure warehouse space and storage optimization + Develop strategies to control operational costs and the cost of labor in order to meet budget requirements.
